باتَ من الواضح استمرار الصراع بين النظام الفاقد للشرعية والشعب السوري المغبون من أكثر الملفات تعقيداً على المستوى الداخل السوري والإقليمي والدولي وان الحرب بالوكالة العنوان العريض لاستمرار الصراع واطالة عمر النظام لإطالة هذه الحرب منذ عام ٢٠١١ الخاسر الأكبر فيه هي سوريا الوطن والشعب، لكن الأهم هو ألم يحن الوقت لكي تنتقل سوريا من مرحلة الصراعات والحرب بالوكالة وتصفية الحسابات الإقليميه والدوليه الى مرحلة الحل السياسي واعادة نوع من الأمن والاستقرار والى متى ستبقى الإدارة الأمريكية والمجتمع الدولي اتخاذ موقف المتفرج على ما كان يحدث في سوريا منذ بداية الاذمة واختاروا الانشغال بملفات أخرى طوال العقد الماضي وحتى الآن فمن الواضح أن أمريكا تتحرك وفق مصالحها فقط، دون مراعاة لمصالح سوريا أو مصالح المنطقة، على الرغم من أنها تكرر الحديث عن مصالح الشعب السوري وعلى الرغم من أن الدول الأوروبية تتحدث عن حقوق الإنسان في سوريا
ان استمرار الصراعات في سوريا تضع دول المنطقة أمام مسؤوليات لا يمكن تجاهلها نتيجة الوضع في سوريا، فالنتائج الداخلية لهذه الأزمة كبيرة جداً سواء على الصعيد الإنساني أو الاقتصادي أو السياسي، فقد اصبحت سوريا بلد شبه مدمر واغلب الشعب السوري يعاني من الفقر، كما انه عانى كثيراً طوال السنوات الماضية الطويله فضحايا الحرب من الشعب السوري من قتلى وجرحى ولاجئين ومهاجرين بالملايين، جراح كل أولئك لم تلتئم، والكثير منهم لا يزال يحمل النظام السوري المسؤولية كاملة، وهم غير قادرين على القبول بمسامحة النظام، وبالتالي هم أكثر الغاضبين من اي قرار التسوية مع النظام ورغم ذالك الشعب السوري وصل الى قناعة يريدون أن تنتهي هذه الحرب الوكالة بأي شكل وفي أسرع وقت، ثم ليبدأ العمل من أجل إصلاح ما تم تدميره -سياسياً واقتصادياً واجتماعياً وصولا الى إعادة الإعمار خلال سنوات الحرب، فبدون توقف الحرب سيبقى الحال على ما هو عليه وسيدور الجميع في حلقة مغلقة بلا نهاية.ووقف عملية استثمار القوى الإقليمية مثل إيران وتركيا ومن فوقهم أمريكا وروسيا الوضع المتاذم في سوريا فالكل يطلب جزءاً من الغنيمة والثمن والكل يدعي أنه قدم ويجب أن يأخذ ثمنه بالدولار.
اذا التحديات الخارجية صعبة والتفاوض حولها سيتطلب الكثير من الجهد والوقت وأعتقد بعد كل هذه السنوات من الصراعات والحرب بالوكالة وتدمير البنية التحيه والفوضى السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية تجاوز التحدي الداخلي هو الأولوية في المرحلة الحالية.
بعد أن عجز المجتمع الدولي وعجزت القوى العظمى عن وضع حد لهذه الأزمة وبعد أن فشلت المعارضة واختيار العرب رأس النظام ودعوته الأخيره الى الاجتماع مع رؤساء العرب في السعودية هذا التحرك المفاجئ والغريب بعد انتظار سنوات كي تنهي الأطراف المعنية هذه الحرب، إلا أن كل الجهود باءت بالفشل.
لذلك أرى أنه من الضرورة الوطنيه والقومية ان تبادر القوى الرئيسية ببدء حوار وطني لدعوة صادقة في إنهاء الحرب ومعاناة الشعب السوري ويحترم القرار النهائي للشعب السوري صاحبة المصلحة الأولى والأخيرة والاعتراف الدستوري بحقوق الشعوب والاقليات وجمي المكونات السوريه وفي المقدمة حقوق الشعب الكوردي كشعب يعيش على أرضهم التاريخي وحل الأزمة السورية نهائيا لطرد المحتل الإيراني والتركي من سوريا وجميع القوى من روسيا والغرب لتحقيق حلم هامش من الأمن والاستقرار لسوريا الوطن ووقف نزيف الهجرة الداخلية والخارجية.

The Syrian regime agrees to extend the entry of aid through Bab al-Salama and al-Ra’i for a period of 3 months

كشفت القيادة المركزية الأميركية (سينتكوم) عن حصيلة عملياتها ضد تنظيم داعش الإرهابي في سوريا والعراق، خلال شهر تموز الفائت، مشيرة إلى تنفيذ 31 عملية أسفرت عن مقتل 5 عناصر من التنظيم واعتقال آخرين.
ووفق بيان نشرته في تويتر، الأربعاء، قالت القيادة المركزية إن العمليات أسفرت عن "اعتقال 30 عنصراً من تنظيم الدولة، وتمكّنت من قتل خمسة آخرين".
وأوضح البيان أن قوات التحالف الدولي نفّذت في سوريا 11 عملية مشتركة أسفرت عن مقتل ثلاثة عناصر من التنظيم واعتقال ستة آخرين، وفي العراق 20 عملية أسفرت عن مقتل اثنين من عناصر التنظيم، واعتقال سبعة آخرين.

Activist for ARK: An unprecedented return of Kurdish families to Afrin, and dozens return daily

د. محمد جمعان: تضارب مصالح الدول يمنع محاسبة النظام السوري
فشل مجلس الأمن الدولي هذه المرة أيضاً من الوصول إلى قرار جاد لمحاسبة النظام السوري لاستخدامه الأسلحة الكيماوية في سوريا، حيث انتهت الجلسة الدورية، مساء يوم الثلاثاء ( 8 / 8 / 2023 )، بشأن ملف الكيماوي في سوريا، دون أي نتائج جديدة.
حول هذا الموضوع قال الدكتور محمد جمعان عضو اللجنة السياسية لحزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا في تصريح خاص لموقع آرك نيوز: هناك العديد من الأسباب التي منعت مجلس الأمن الدولي من محاسبة النظام السوري على ارتكابه لجرائم حرب واستخدام الأسلحة الكيمياوية ضد الشعب السوري, ويأتي في مقدمة الأسباب تضارب مصالح الدول صاحبة القرار في سوريا.
وأكد القيادي في حزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا: العديد من الدول في مجلس الأمن الدولي ليس بمقدروها اتخاذ أي قرار بشأن سوريا, ومنها لا ترى ملف سوريا بأكمله ليس بتلك الأهمية بالنسبة لهم.
وأضاف الدكتور محمد جمعان: الدول صاحبة القرار والنفوذ في سوريا, وتجار الحروب يتحملون مسؤولية وصول الوضع في سوريا إلى هذا الحد الكارثي, لأنهم يقومون بتصفية خلافاتهم على حساب الشعب السوري وأرضه.
