الرئيس بارزاني وجه بالتعامل مع ضحايا تظاهرات كركوك بـ تصنيفهم شهداء
أعلن المتحدث باسم حكومة إقليم كوردستان بيشوا هوراماني، أن الرئيس مسعود بارزاني وجه بالتعامل مع ضحايا تظاهرات البارحة في مدينة كركوك بـ "تصنيفهم شهداء".
وقال بيشوا هوراماني في بيان إنه بتوصية من الرئيس مسعود بارزاني، وجه رئيس وزراء إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، وزارة الشهداء والمؤنفلين في حكومة الإقليم، بالتعامل مع ضحايا أحداث البارحة في كركوك بـ "تصنيفهم شهداء".
وأكد أن رئيس وزراء الإقليم وجه كذلك "بتقديم كافة المساعدات الصحية والعلاجية للمصابين".

روسيا: التحالف الدولي انتهك مذكرة 8 تشرين الثاني 2017 الخاصة بسوريا
قال فاديم كوليت نائب رئيس المركز الروسي للمصالحة بين الأطراف المتنازعة في سوريا، إن أربع طائرات مقاتلة تابعة للتحالف نفذت غارات جوية على هدفين في محافظة حمص.
وبحسب ما أوردته وكالة تاس الروسية فقد شنّت أربع طائرات " طائرتان من طراز F-16 وطائرتان من طراز F-35 " تابعة للتحالف غارات جوية على هدفين في حمص عند الساعة (0:52 صباحًا حتى 0:55 ) .
واعتبر نائب رئيس المركز الروسي للمصالحة أن التحالف انتهك في غاراته مذكرة 8 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2017 بشأن مبادئ خفض التصعيد في جنوبي سوريا.
ولم تعلن روسيا عن طبيعة الأهداف التي استهدفتها مقاتلات التحالف الدولي، كما لم يصدر أي بيان رسمي من إعلام النظام السوري بشأن الحادثة.

مسرور بارزاني: قرار المحكمة الاتحادية العراقية " مهزلة "
وصف رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، امس الأحد 3 أيلول سبتمبر 2023، القرار الصادر عن المحكمة الاتحادية، بخصوص إيقاف قرار إخلاء مقر قيادة عمليات كركوك، بـ "بالمهزلة".
وكتب مسرور بارزاني على حسابه في منصة "إكس"، "تويتر سابقاً"، "القرار الصادر عن المحكمة الاتحادية اليوم يعتبر مهزلة".
وأصدرت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا العراقية، قراراً اليوم الأحد، أمرت بموجبه إيقاف إجراءات تنفيذ إخلاء مقر قيادة عمليات كركوك.

Syrian media sources said that the National Security Office of the Syrian regime in the capital, Damascus, issued a circular to the security branches to re-contract with "militias and members of the Baath Party and the 25th Division of Suhail al-Hassan's militia," adding that Iran will provide financial and military support to the new contracted elements to implement the cordon around Aleppo.
It pointed to the opening of several offices in various quarters, including branches of the Baath Party and the Military Hospital in Aleppo, in addition to offices in the security and information branches to submit applications for affiliation with attractive salaries amounting to about $200 for each contractor.

ARK News: A number of civilians were killed and wounded, including women and children, on Saturday evening, in a missile strike launched by the Syrian regime on the countryside of Aleppo and Idlib.
The Syrian Civil Defense Organization "White Helmets" said that a woman was killed and another woman was seriously injured in the village of Arab Hassan in the Jarabulus countryside, east of Aleppo, in bombing originating from areas controlled by the Syrian regime.
In the village of Al-Sahara, west of Aleppo, a man, his daughter, and another girl were injured and a fire broke out in a shop in the village, as a result of artillery shelling by the regime that targeted residential neighborhoods in the village yesterday evening.

A source for ARK: Alok station pumping water to a neighborhood in Hasakah
ARK News... Source from the city of Hasakah in Syrian Kurdistan said that, on Saturday, Alouk station pumped water to a neighborhood in the city.

Iraqi forces arrest dozens of Kurdish youths in Kirkuk
ARK News… Federal counterterrorism forces arrested more than 40 Kurdish youths in Kirkuk, after the curfew was lifted in the city, after a bloody night.

مصدر لـ ARK: محطة علوك تضخ المياه على حيّ في الحسكة
قال مصدر من مدينة الحسكة بكوردستان سوريا اليوم 3 أيلول 2023, إن محطة علوك ضخت يوم أمس السبت المياه على حي في المدينة.
وأضاف المصدر لـ ARK أن الضح جاء بعد انقطاع شبة كامل لسنة على حي النشوة في مركز مدينة الحسكة.
وتستمر معاناة سكان مدينة الحسكة في تأمين المياه وسط تفاقم للأزمة لا سيما في فصل الصيف.
وفق الاتفاقية التي تم التفاهم عليها برعاية روسيا -نٌقضت أكثر من مرة-, يجب على قسد تزويد مدینتي سري كانية وكري سبي اللتين تخضعان لسيطرة الفصائل المسلحة بالكهرباء، وعلى الأخيرة ضخ المياه من محطة علوك إلى مدينة الحسكة وريفها.
وكثيرا ما كان التفاهم الذي حصل برعاية روسيا بين قسد وتركيا ينتهك بعد مرور أقل من 24 ساعة على إعلان تشغيل مضخات المياه في محطة علوك لضخ المياه إلى مدينة الحسكة وريفها وسط تبادل للاتهمامات بين الطرفين.
تركيا تؤكد أن قطع قسد للتيار الكهربائي عن محطة علوك إضافة لتراكم الأعطال داخل آبار المحطة هو السبب الرئيسي لتوقف ضخ المياه من محطة علوك, وإدارة PYD توجه أصابع الاتهام لتركيا وتؤكد بأنها تستخدم مياه محطة علوك كورقة ضغط.
وطالبت العديد من المنظمات الإنسانية بتحييد محطة علوك عن الصراعات ومنع أي طرف من استخدامها كورقة ابتزاز ، وإخضاع إدارتها إلى فريق متخصص ومستقل، تحت إشراف ورقابة دولية.
وتكررت المناشدات بشأن قطع المياه عن المدينة، دون وجود بوادر للحل.
وحدهم سكان الحسكة من يدفعون ضريبة الخلافات، إذ يجبرون على شراء مياه غير معروفة المصدر من صهاريج متنقلة، تكون غالبا مرّة الطعم أو مالحة أو حتى ملوثة، الأمر الذي يتسبب بأمراض معوية، لا سيما بين شريحة الأطفال.

مقتل طالب جامعي تحت التعذيب في سجون الأسد
قضى طالب جامعي تحت التعذيب في سجون النظام، بعد أن اعتقلته قوات الأسد عام 2014 من مكان إقامته في السكن الجامعي بحلب.
وقالت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان، إن "عبد الرحمن الحنيني، طالب جامعي في كلية الهندسة المعلوماتية بجامعة حلب، من أبناء مدينة كفرنبل بريف إدلب الجنوبي، اعتقلته عناصر تابعة لقوات النظام السوري في 26-1-2014، إثر مداهمة مكان إقامته قرب جامعة حلب بمدينة حلب".
وأضافت أنه "منذ ذلك الوقت تقريباً وهو في عداد المختفين قسرياً، نظراً لإنكار النظام احتجازه أو السماح لأحد ولو كان محامياً بزيارته"، مشيرة إلى أنه بتاريخ 30-8-2023، عَلِمَ ذووه بوفاته داخل أحد مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة لقوات النظام السوري في عام 2015.
وأوضحت الشبكة أن لديها معلومات تؤكد أنه كان بصحة جيدة عند اعتقاله؛ مما يرجّح بشكلٍ كبير وفاته بسبب التعذيب وإهمال الرعاية الصحية.
وشددت على أن قوات النظام لم تُسلِّم جثته لذويه، وهذه ممارسة شائعة عند النظام السوري بعدم تسليم جثث الوفيات داخل مراكز الاحتجاز للغالبية العظمى ممّن يتوفون هناك، بل يقوم بالتخلص من الجثث، وهذا يتم عبر عمليات حرق مدروسة، وكل من لم تُسلَّم جثَّته يُعتبر في عداد المختفين قسرياً.
كما أكدت أن قرابة 135638 مواطن سوري لا يزالون قيد الاعتقال أو الاختفاء القسري في مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة لقوات النظام السوري، ولدينا تخوف حقيقي على مصيرهم. ونُشير إلى أن قرابة 15039 مواطن سوري قضوا بسبب التعذيب في مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة لقوات النظام السوري.
