محمد إسماعيل يشيد بأهمية دور الكتّاب في نشر ثقافة التسامح والسلام ونبذ العنف والكراهية
استقبل الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وفدا من اتحاد كتاب كوردستان سوريا أمس الأربعاء 13 أيلول 2023، في مكتب الحزب بمدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.
الوفد ضم كل من عبد الحكيم محمد رئيس الاتحاد، عبد الصمد محمود وعز الدين ملا عضوي الهيئة الإدارية.
واستقبل الوفد من قبل محمد إسماعيل سكرتير الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا، ونافع عبد الله ومحمد صالح شلال عضوي اللجنة المركزية.
تبادل الطرفان الأوضاع الثقافية في كوردستان سوريا، والعراقيل التي تعترض مسيرة الكتّاب وطرق تلافيها.
أشار محمد إسماعيل سكرتير الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا إلى أهمية دور الاتحاد من خلال الكتاب والمثقفين في هذه المرحلة الصعبة التي تمر بها المنطقة في نشر ثقافة التسامح والسلام والمحبة، وأكد على دورهم في حث الشعب على نبذ العنف وخطابات الكراهية وكيفية حماية أنفسهم.
ومن جانبه، شكر وفد الاتحاد على حفاوة الاستقبال، واكد على متابعة المسيرة بما يخدم الشعب الكوردي توعويا وثقافيا من جهة, ودعم الكتاب من جهة أخرى.

عبر مطار حلب .. أرمينيا تساعد إيران في إيصال الأسلحة لسوريا
آرك نيوز.. فاد موقع "ألما" (Alma) الإسرائيلي، أن مطار حلب يعدّ "محطة جغرافية" ضمن الممر الإيراني إلى سوريا عبر أرمينيا، وأحد بوابات المسار الجوي لدخول الأسلحة من إيران إلى سوريا ولبنان، بهدف استخدامها ضد إسرائيل.
و يرى التقرير أنه من الممكن أن تستغل إيران أرمينيا ليس فقط لتخريب أذربيجان، ولكن أيضًا لدعم الجهد الإيراني في سوريا ولبنان، وأن بعض الأسلحة والمعدات المرسلة إلى أرمينيا "تستمر" إلى سوريا ثم إلى لبنان. ولا بد من التأكيد على أن الجهد الإيراني في كلا الساحتين يعمل ضد إسرائيل، بشكل غير مباشر في الساحة الأرمنية، ومباشرة في الساحتين السورية واللبنانية.
وذكر أنه نشر تقريراً في كانون الأول 2022، استعرض فيه تورط ونشاط شركة الطيران الإيرانية "ماهان إير" (Mahan Air) في عمليات نقل الأسلحة من إيران إلى سوريا ولبنان لصالح "فيلق القدس"، بما في ذلك استخدام طائرات الركاب.
وبحسب التقرير فإنه من خلال بحث محدّث أجراه الموقع عن الرحلات الجوية من "إيران- طهران إلى أرمينيا-يريفان"، اكتشفن أن أربع شركات طيران تعمل على هذا الطريق. ثلاثة منها أرمينية، وواحدة إيرانية. ولا يستبعد المصدر استخدام إيران للطائرات الأرمينية ضمن الممر الجوي للمعدات والأسلحة الذي يمر عبر أرمينيا.
يشار إلى أن مطار حلب تعرض، صباح الـ28 من آب الماضي، لهجوم إسرائيلي للمرة الثالثة هذا العام، بعد تعرضه للهجوم مرتين في آذار السابق.

Coinciding with the new school year, the suffering of students returns to the forefront in Kobani
ARK News… Coinciding with the advent of the new school year, students in Kobani city in Syrian Kurdistan face many obstacles that stand in the way of their future.
In a special statement to ARK on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, the father of one of the students said, “In Kobani, there are no private schools to teach the recognized curriculum, and the PYD administration does not allow them to be opened in Kobani, while it allows this type of private schools in other areas of Syrian Kurdistan under its control.”
He added, “Because the PYD administration curriculum is not recognized, well-off people send their children to areas where the recognized curriculum is taught, such as Manbij, Aleppo, and Raqqa. But there are a large number of parents who cannot send their children to those areas to continue their education and are forced to study the unrecognized administration curriculum.”
He continued, saying, "In light of the difficult economic conditions and the high prices of school supplies, families find it difficult to secure them, as the price of a school bag is 150,000 Syrian pounds, the price of notebooks is (1-27,000) SYP, and the price of a pencil is 2,000 in the markets."
The education crisis in Kobani is added to the long and successive list of crises that people are suffering from in areas under the control of the PYD administration, with no solutions on the horizon, and students remain the major victim of this administration’s policies.

President Barzani stresses that dialogue is the way to solve the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad
ARK News… President Masoud Barzani received in Salahaddin Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of the long-standing historical relations that bind Austria with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and ways to strengthen the bonds of those relations in all fields.
The Austrian Foreign Minister confirmed that his country is looking with interest at Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and their desire to invest and support the economy.
In another part of the meeting, the two sides discussed the relationship between Baghdad and Erbil.
President Barzani stressed that dialogue is the way to solve the outstanding problems on the basis of balance, partnership, and consensus, and in accordance with the constitution.

ألمانيا: تقدم بملف استئناف إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى شمال غربي سوريا
آرك نيوز.. قال المبعوث الألماني إلى سوريا ستيفان شنيك، إن بلاده علمت بالتقدم الواعد لاستئناف مرور المساعدات عبر الحدود للسكان في مناطق شمال غربي سوريا عبر معبر باب الهوى.
وأضاف "شنيك" في منشور على موقع "إكس" تويتر سابقا، أن وصول المساعدات ضروري ولا ينبغي تسييسه من قبل أي جانب،
وتابع المبعوث الألماني "نثق أن الأمم المتحدة ستواصل تقديم المساعدات المنقذة للحياة بما يتوافق مع المبادئ الإنسانية المتمثلة بالحياد وعدم التحيز والاستقلالية".
وكانت حذّرت منظمات إنسانية، منذ حوالي أسبوع، من تعليق إيصال المساعدات إلى شمال غرب سوريا على حياة ملايين النازحين منذ قرابة شهرين، رغم توصل الأمم المتحدة إلى تفاهم مع النظام السوري في آب الماضي.

Suwayda... Three demonstrators were injured when Syrian regime gunmen opened fire
ARK News… Demonstrations demanding the departure of the Syrian regime continue in the city of Suwayda, and the regime becomes more repressive the more the demonstrators’ demands rise.
Syrian local sources, on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, reported that there were casualties among demonstrators in gunfire in front of the Baath Party building in Suwayda.
In this regard, the "Suwayda 24" website said that three injuries were recorded as a preliminary result of gunfire from members of the Baath Party in the city of Suwayda. The injured were transferred to Shahba and Suwayda hospitals.

Afrin… Barzani Center for Culture and Development opens a course to teach handicrafts in Afrin
ARK News… The Barzani Center for Culture and Development in the city of Afrin, Syrian Kurdistan, opened a course to teach handicrafts to women.
The Barzani Charity Foundation said on its Facebook page, “On September 12, 2023, in cooperation between the Barzani Charity Foundation and the German Caritas organization, the Barzani Center for Culture and Development opened a course in the city of Afrin.”
It added that the course was “about teaching handicrafts to women. 10 women participated.”
Barzani Charity confirmed that it will continue to "open educational and vocational courses in its centers for those living in the camps and outside them" so that they can learn a profession and earn a living.

المجلس الوطني يحمّل PYD مسؤولية أية إساءة تطال قياديه: تهدف إلى التغطية على فشله سياسياً وإدارياً
أدانت الأمانة العامة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا الدعايات والتلفيقات الكاذبة التي تناقلتها مواقع وصفحات تابعة لـ PYD وحمّلت الحزبَ مسؤولية أية إساءة قد تطالهم أو غيرهم من قيادات المجلس. مؤكدة أن الهدف من ذلك هو التغطية على فشله إدارياً وسياسياً. وتلقت ARK نسخة من البيان جاء فيه:
تدين الأمانة العامة للمجلس الوطني الكردي في سوريا، بأشد العبارات الدعايات والتلفيقات الكاذبة التي تناقلتها مواقع إلكترونية وصفحات فيسبوكية تابعة لحزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي في سوريا، ضد قيادات المجلس الوطني الكردي (محمد إسماعيل، سليمان أوسو، مجدل دلي ) بعد أن أشاعت زوراً انسحاب بعض الأحزاب من المجلس إثر اجتماعه الأخير.
وتعدّ كل تلك الإشاعات دعايات وتلفيقات ضمن حملة ممنهجة لتشويه سمعة المجلس الوطني الكردي وقياداته الوطنية لترهيبهم، وتهدف إلى التغطية على فشل حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي إدارياً وسياسياً.
وفي هذا الصدد، تحمّل الأمانة العامة للمجلس، حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي، أية إساءة قد تطالهم أو غيرهم من قيادات المجلس.
وتؤكّد الأمانة العامة أن هذه الدعايات والتلفيقات الكاذبة لن تنال من المجلس الوطني الكردي في سوريا، وسيواصل المجلس العمل من أجل تحقيق أهدافه في خدمة قضية الشعب الكردي، والنضال من أجل سوريا ديمقراطية اتحادية تقوم على المساواة والعدل، يقرّ دستورها بحقوق جميع المكونات السورية.

Masrour Barzani: We must not yield to the pressure exerted on us to prevent the education sector from continuing
ARK News… The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, opened the mixed middle school in the Korean Village in Erbil, coinciding with the ringing of the bell for the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year.
During his speech, Masrour Barzani expressed his happiness at the opening of this new school, which he described as being built in a “beautiful and modern way.”
He said: I remember two years ago when we came here to inspect the damage caused to the Korean village and its school due to the flood. Then a young man approached me. I thought he would ask for help for his family, but he said he wanted to build a school.
He added: At that time, we asked the private sector to start building this school, and Sheikh Fakhr Sheikh Tayeb took over the task. I want to thank him and Qaiwan Company for providing these schools that they are building for the students of Kurdistan, and I hope that they will increase this work.
Education sector reform:
Masrour Barzani stressed that education reflects the personality and character of our country, so it was necessary to pay more attention to educating the new generation, for the sake of the future of Kurdistan.
He said: Students in our schools do not only learn education, but they receive education and culture, so we want to strengthen education in Kurdistan in the best way, so that our dear children can exploit their talents to serve and develop their country, learn to love their country and protect the beautiful environment of Kurdistan, and realize the painstaking and hard work that he has done. The heroic Peshmerga and all those who worked with sincerity and dedication to build Kurdistan, we must remember them and appreciate their sacrifices.
He added: I know that there are many shortcomings, however, serious efforts have been made to reform the education sector, and very good things have been achieved. We know very well that there are many mistakes, and serious work has been done to correct them, but we were not in a normal situation. Many problems for the Kurdistan people, yet we overcame them.
Appreciating teachers' efforts:
Masrour Barzani considered that the efforts of all teachers who continue to serve the educational process, the education sector and the education of students are “a source of pride, pride and appreciation for us. I am very grateful for the efforts of the teachers who have made and are making their best efforts to educate students and their determination not to disrupt the education sector.”
He said: One of the reasons for the country's progress is that our next generation must be better, have better education, and thanks to that, they can build a better and happier country for us.
He continued: For all of this, we must not yield to the pressures exerted on us from any party, to prevent the education sector from continuing. I am very grateful to the teachers, who I know very well the extent of their financial suffering, but we can overcome all of that. We will do our best to overcome this crisis and this situation. Unnatural.
Visiting Baghdad and solving problems:
During his speech, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government announced his intention to visit the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, to try to resolve the outstanding problems peacefully.
He said: Our long patience does not mean the weakness of the Kurdistan Region, but what matters to us is not to let the problems between us and Baghdad take another turn.
He added: We want to solve our outstanding problems peacefully, and we must guarantee all financial entitlements to the people of Kurdistan and their constitutional rights.
He continued: We would like to visit the political parties and find out the reason for this bad treatment with the people of Kurdistan. When the Kurdistan people embrace and receive all Iraqis, it is assumed and expected that the Iraqi people will now defend the rights of the people of Kurdistan. We want to know why they are adopting a policy of starving the people of Kurdistan.
He added: We believe and realize that the victory of the Kurdistan Region is a victory for all of Iraq, and that the economic prosperity in the region is an economic recovery for all of Iraq.
Masrour Barzani referred to some problems and agreements between Erbil and Baghdad, and said: During our previous visits to Baghdad, we reached many fruitful agreements with Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, and we believe that these agreements will contribute to achieving greater stability for Iraq and the region.
Masrour Barzani expressed his regret that those agreements with Sudan “were not implemented,” stressing, “We are determined once again to find solutions to these problems, and during my next visit we will do our best to solve the problems peacefully.”
Ministry of Education statistics:
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the number of students is more than one million and 700 thousand students, both male and female, in various educational levels, including one and a half million students newly registered in the first grade.
The Kurdistan Regional Government's spending on the education sector amounts to about 2 trillion dinars annually.
During the past four years of the ninth formation of the Kurdistan Government, despite the economic crises that the region went through resulting from the pressure exerted by Baghdad not to send the region’s financial dues, the Kurdistan Government continued to pay more attention to the education sector.
Over the course of 4 years, the Kurdistan Government succeeded in building 90 new school buildings and kindergartens, as well as renovating and modernizing 1,500 schools and kindergartens, in addition to building 500 new classrooms, to reduce the problem of triple shifts and crowding within classrooms.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria holds a political organizational seminar in Qizil Tappa
ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria held an organizational and political seminar for the party’s comrades and cadres in the city of Qizil Tappa in Turkish Kurdistan.
The seminar was moderated by Muslim Muhammad, member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria. He talked about the organizational situation and its importance in serving the just Kurdish cause.
He also emphasized the party's struggle and its pioneering and constructive role in the Kurdish National Council in Syria. He touched on the latest political developments and changes in Syria and Syrian Kurdistan.
