Democratic Union Party and the second stage of the tasks

ARKNews: A member of The Political Bureau of Kurdistan Democratic Party- Syria (PDK-S), Dr. Abdul Hakim Bashar wrote an article on the second stage of the tasks of Democratic Union Party (PYD) in handing over the remaining areas to Syrian regime by removing the flags of the PYD and its various derivatives and removing photos of Mr. Ogalan and other photos of what Mr. Aldar Khalil said, which are contrary to the development of civilization and urbanization in addition to the inclusion of young men to the Syrian regime forces and other measures, and this is stated in his article:
After Democratic Union Party ended the first stage of its tasks, preparations for the second phase began. Prior to these preparations, the fight against the terrorist organization ISIS came as an additional task by PYD, where there was no ISIS presented of this form when agreeing with the regime. The military alliance with the United States of America or Americans use the PYD military force didn’t came in isolation from the will of the regime. Rather, the regime wanted the latter to obtain weapons from America instead of the regime, which would give the regime more of its weapons and ammunition, which it desperately needs.
Syrian regime, which played an active role in the establishment of ISIS, but was not fully in control. After successfully directing its message to the international community, the message was that the regime's alternative was terrorism or chaos, its success in convincing the international community, as a first and primary mission in Syria, Assad's departure is no longer a required condition. In practice, the functional role of the terrorist organization has been called off, and its elimination or curtailment of its role in the case of ambush is required
And for that reason, PYD was allowed to ally itself with America and even instructed it to do so and to obtain support and weapons from America, and the regime was set free to destroy the free army and the armed factions, and as for the land controlled by the PYD it will return to the regime sooner or later.
After a humiliating defeat of ISIS, as well as the regime's success in extracting more land from the Free Army and the armed factions, the regime now needs to extend its control over most of Syria's territory to declare its full-fledged victory, this calls from the PYD to hand over the controlled territory, which accounts for about a quarter of Syria's land area.
When the procrastination of some patriots in the leadership of the PYD and the confirmation that they will not hand over the territories to the system because they freed it with the blood of thousands of martyrs of Kurds. The president of Syrian regime declared that they are as traitors, and that they must hand over areas to the regime, and this gave the impression to everyone that the regime is serious to arrange the second stage, which led by PYD leaders to review their attitude and announce the readiness for unconditional negotiations with the regime, but it seems that even those negotiations in the real sense will not happen. There will be only intelligence meetings with the leadership of the PYD and issuing orders and instructions for them to implement the second stage of the agreement, which are reflected in the following:
1. To hand over the PYD all the areas controlled by the Syrian regime, in order to achieve this, it must achieve specific procedures, and in a sequential manner, and not one batch of which is to remove the manifestations of control of PYD over these areas at the symbolic and sovereign levels, including removing the PYD flags and various derivatives and removing the pictures of Mr. Ogalan and other images, which what Mr. Aldar Khalil claimed that contrast with the development of civilization and urbanization, and then followed by the emergence of the regime symbolically in those areas by raising the flags of the regime to inform some of the institutions considered by the regime sovereign, as well as the return of some employees by the regime to their work in those areas.
2. In the second stage, there will be the formation of joint patrols and barriers between the regime and the PYD under the leadership of elements of the regime, so that some of these barriers may all be from PYD, but will be led to a component of the regime or element of the PYD working for the benefit of regime , and receives instructions and orders from it.
3. The third stage will start by adding the young elements from the YPG to the armed forces of the regime, and we mean the army, and according to the need of the regime, and one who will rejected, it will be required by the regime, and will not be able to stay safe.
4 – As for the non-young elements they can be transformed by the regime into forces such as the so-called Haggana, and will not be independent, but will be mixed with Arab elements, and will be under the command of officers of the regime, and carry out the tasks assigned to them by the regime and its security.
4 - This will be implemented according to a timetable, not one patched because the return of the regime to the all regions needs to provide the required staff.
5 - Each leader of the PYD or PKK refuses this program will be subject to either arrest or assassination or he has to escape from Syria.
6. Some areas may remain under the control of the PYD for a certain period, and this decision is due to the United States, as required by the region concerned, and the regime is not ready to confront America in any region of Syria.
7-The reason for the visit of Mr. Aldar Khalil to the Kurdistan region of Iraq falls under the framework of preparation for this program, and not to improve the relationship with the Kurdish National Council, which is not important for PYD, but to improve the relationship with the region and stay on the corridor of Fishkhabur and other corridors open in anticipation of the departure of leaders PKK from Syria, as well as non-Syrian elements from the ranks of fighters and supervisors who must leave Syria or stay in places specified by a decision of the regime.
Thus, we see that the PYD continues to carry out whatever is demanded of it by the regime, abandoning or avoiding its moral dictionary, a river of Kurdish youth who have been tricked into a battle that is not their battle.
