ARK News: The United Nations confirmed that the situation of thousands of displaced people in the camp stirrups borders with Jordan "very miserable".

The spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephen Dugrick, told during a press conference that the situation of the refugees in the camp is very miserable, Dugrick said that camp refugees wanted to leave, but 95 percent of them said according to a UN survey that they had expressed deep concerns about Assad's security services.

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has called for a few days to close the Rikban camp on the Jordanian-Syrian border and the return of tens of thousands of Syrians stranded in their towns and villages.

Lavrov said in a press conference: "We discussed the issue of camp Rikban on the Syrian-Jordanian border, and we call for the closure of this camp as soon as possible."

He added that "According to UN observers who have visited this camp, most of the displaced people want to go back to their homes," in adding to the areas controlled by the Assad regime.

He continued "it is necessary to prevent efforts that prevent their freedom. I can say this because they do not feel free in this camp, the humanitarian conditions there are unbearable, and there are many women and children”.

The Russian Foreign Minister confirmed: "We are ready to discuss all the necessary steps to help these refugees to get out of the Rikban, "considering that" the most simple and effective solution is to end the American occupation in that region of Syria, "as he put it.
