ARK News: On the 21st of March of every year, the Kurdish people everywhere celebrate Nawroz - the new day - the Kurdish New Year as "the beginning" of the march of freedom and emancipation from the oppression and slavery embodied in the personality (Azdahak) by the Kurdish revolutionary (Kawa) the blacksmith who set fire to the peaks of the mountains and highlands marked the emanation of a new dawn.

At this time of growing international interest in the issues of peoples and nationalities, the Kurdish issue is one of the largest just issues, which necessitates the provision of stability and the search for radical solutions to end the injustice and injustice and injustice against it in this world full of nationalities and races.

In Iran, the Iranian regime has not changed its mind about dealing with the issue of the Kurdish people there. The Kurdish presence is still not recognized constitutionally, the total denial of its legitimate rights, the daily executions of Kurdish youth, oppression and persecution because of their struggles to recognize their rights. Where the Kurdish liberation movement is fighting a bitter struggle for it.

And in Iraq: Despite the realization of the Kurdistan Parliament and the government of the region thanks to the struggle of our people and the liberation movement there for decades and exposure to the worst types of genocide and the infamous Anfal, and the attempts of the racist and Chauvinism forces to exert pressure on the region politically, militarily and economically to prevent stability Especially after the referendum, however, the positions of President Masoud Barzani, who is wise and responsible, are appreciated and respected by all Kurds, as well as by many countries and international bodies, and we support the spirit of cooperation between the Kurdish parties participating in parliament and the government in pushing towards unifying the position of forming the government, as well as the files of Kirkuk and the relationship with the central government.

In Turkey, while the Turkish state ignores the historical and original existence of our Kurdish people of about 30 million people and their legitimate national rights, Turkey invokes the PKK policies and practices to push our Kurdish people to tax these policies without confronting the existence of a people, and to find a just solution to its national cause, which requires the factions of the Kurdish liberation movement to unite and cooperate with each other.

In Syria: The Kurdish National Council plays an important and influential role in expressing the Kurdish position through the Syrian revolution And his political will in line with the aspirations of our people and struggles and sacrifices, and the brothers participate in other components in their struggle and focus on the values of coexistence and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood historical need to recognize the existence of our Kurdish people in Syria and the entitlements of this presence nationally, in addition to our commitment since the beginning of the Syrian revolution to the peaceful and democratic struggle alongside the Syrian national opposition, and its participation in the search for a political solution under international and international supervision to end the killing, destruction, displacement and ending tyranny and the transition to a federal democratic pluralistic state for all Syrians.

Now, in the midst of the celebrations of our national people of Nawroz everywhere, the political developments in Syria and the region call for stopping them, especially after the decline of the role of the armed militias and start to instill stability in the region, whether from the safe area proposal or the role of America, Russia and influential regional countries on the Syrian arena.

The Kurdish National Council seeks through the political, diplomatic and public efforts and through its vision that the administration formed by PYD and unilaterally did not contribute to stability and created tension between the components, suppressed political life, and created excuses in the Turkish state to intervene, and the situation of Afrin and the suffering of its people is a good example which has all the sons of the Kurdish region and east of the Euphrates from the Kurds and the Arabs and the validity and the Chaldeans and others to joint management under the supervision of international sponsorship and to reassure all the components and the neighboring countries and prevent the return of tyranny and fighting terrorism, the establishment of a protection force for the region and its inhabitants, stability and return of the displaced, and development in line with the political solution in the country under the auspices of the United Nations, in addition to the call to resolve the Kurdish issue in Syria on the basis of constitutional recognition of the existence of the Kurdish people and the solution of his cause as a national Syrian issue , And the abolition of all policies and projects applied to it, and address their effects and consequences.

Nawroz remains a symbol of brotherhood, peace, love, democracy, respect for humanity and the emergence of a better tomorrow. Therefore, we call upon the sons of our Kurdish people in Syria and in its locations to celebrate the day of Nawroz in a civilized manner worthy of its values of love, tolerance, and brotherhood.
