Abdul Karim Mohammed: We are ready to negotiate with PYD with a condition

ARK News: A member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria Abdul Karim Mohammed that they are in the Kurdish National Council in Syria ENKS are ready to negotiate with the Democratic Union Party the PYD after the preparation of the appropriate ground, and set a condition for this negotiation.

In his speech within the decrees which was hosted by the Derik Local Council of the Kurdish National Council in Syria on the occasion of the revival of the 40th anniversary of the departure of Mullah Mustafa Barzani, on Friday 01.03.2019, Mohammed said that they are ready to negotiate with the Democratic Union Party, but on condition that they are under US auspices after creating the appropriate atmosphere and ground for negotiation.

A member of the Political Bureau Abdul Karim Mohammed added that “we are ready to negotiate, bring us to a stage where safety is achieved, and allow the return of our people and youth to the soil of their homeland, to allow our children to study and to teach, and a stage in which the doors of universities are opened.”

Mohammed added that America, in cooperation with allies, is serious about the issue of the safe area.
