The Save the Children organization calls on the world to protect 2,500 foreign children in camps run by the SDF in eastern Syria

ARK News; The "Save the Children" organization announced on Thursday, that more than 2,500 foreign children from 30 countries are currently being distributed to three IDP camps in northeastern Syria, nearly half of them have fled since the beginning of the year from the last enclave under the control of IS organization in the east of the country.

The organization said in a statement on Thursday that more than 2,500 children from more than 30 countries are living in three IDP camps in northeastern Syria, including 38 unaccompanied children, calling on the international community to take "necessary measures to ensure their security."

According to the organization, the number reached to "560 foreign families with more than 1,100 children, as well as thousands of Syrian families,” during the advance of Syria's Democratic Forces in the last enclave of IS organization in eastern Syria since January.
