Tirbaspiye … The crisis of the furnaces increase the suffering of the people

ARK News: Tirbaspiye city is witnessing a severe crisis in the production of the bread in a situation not has seen for more than four years, because they are not provided with the necessary flour, which is supposed to be delivered to the ovens on a daily basis.

According to a correspondent of our site ENKS Media from the city of Tirbaspiye which she met with one of the owners of mechanical bakeries, the city contains 13 bakeries for manufacturing of bread, 7 of which are automatic bakeries and the other 6 are stone bakeries and so they can meet the needs of the people of bread on a daily basis.

H. M. the owner of a mechanical furnace in the city confirmed that they are suffering from a crisis in the production of bread since approximately a full week full, adding that they were receiving flour daily to produce bread, but at the present time they are forced to produce bread every two days once, because those responsible for the distribution of flour to the ovens are distributed every two days once with the lack of flour than the usual amount for each bakery.

Adding that this causes a lack of production, the quantity is little and does not distribute every day which forcing the people to buy a quantity of enough bread for two consecutive days, some of the people get their need for bread, and others remain without bread to have to use private bakeries and buy a Tourist bread, which is expensive, Since the large family should save 1000 Syrian pounds on a daily basis to buy bread.
