SDC: We are not the enemies of Turkey and our communication with the coalition has never stopped

ARK News: The representative of the Syrian Democratic Council in Washington, Bassam Ishaq the communication between the Council and the Syrian opposition coalition was present at all times pointing to the Council's aspiration for direct dialogues with Turkey in the near future.

Isaac said to Kurdistan 24 "We are not the enemies of Turkey, we will not be a threat to the security of days and we look forward to conducting a direct dialogue with Turkey soon and not through intermediaries."

He continued saying: "There is a problem with the Turkish state about securing borders from both sides and we seek to solve a direct dialogue and at the same time we want to solve problems and dialogue directly with the Syrian regime and not through intermediaries and I think the stage is appropriate for that”.

He added that our dialogues with Ankara and Damascus have always been through the US and Russian mediators and we are looking forward to conducting direct dialogues soon.

Ishaq stressed the readiness of the Council for dialogue with the Syrian opposition abroad, including the Syrian coalition.

He said: "We are not with the provincial culture and our communication with the coalition has not stopped days and we are always with the dialogue between the Syrians all".
