Representative of the Kurdish National Council in Syria in the Kurdistan Region holds its regular meeting and elects its new official

ARK News: The representative of the Kurdistan Region of the Kurdish National Council held its regular meeting on Tuesday 22/1/2019.

After a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan, and install the absence, and attendance.

And in a democratic atmosphere of mutual respect, the responsibility was transferred, and Mr Nawaf Rashid was chosen as the new permanent representative of the Representative, in full agreement with the successor of former Nori Brimo.

In the beginning, in a short word, Mr Nori Brimo thanked all members of the mission for their fraternal cooperation and apologized to everyone in the event of any negligence, personal or public abuse.

The new official, Mr Nawaf Rashid, also thanked the members of the Representation for the trust they placed in them, and agreed on the person without rival, and stressed the activation of the role of the representative and complement what the former official did for the development of the representative.

The international political situation, regional in general, and Kurdish, in particular, were also highlighted, and other regulatory matters were postponed to upcoming meetings.
