Kurdistan Region Condemns Attacks on Saudi Oil Pipelines

ARK News.. The Presidency of the Kurdistan Region has strongly condemned the targeted attacks on oil pipelines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In an official statement issued on Saturday, September 12, 2026, the Kurdistan Region Presidency reaffirmed its commitment to the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, describing it as a brotherly country.

The statement said the Kurdistan Region stands alongside the federal government in its efforts to uncover the circumstances surrounding the attacks, identify those responsible, and hold them accountable in accordance with the law.

It also warned against turning Iraq into an arena for settling scores or carrying out regional attacks, stressing that Iraqi territory must not become a source of any threat or aggression against neighboring countries.

The Kurdistan Region Presidency further emphasized that adherence to the principles of good-neighborly relations, respect for states’ sovereignty, and reliance on dialogue and constructive cooperation are essential to safeguarding Iraq’s security and strengthening the foundations of peace and stability in the region.
