Children’s Organization Announces Tracking of 118 Cases of Forced Separation in Syria
ARK News.. A Syrian organization focused on child welfare announced that it has succeeded in tracing more than 100 children who had been forcibly separated from their families in Syria.
SOS Children’s Villages Syria said in a statement published on its Facebook page that since the beginning of October 2025, it has managed to track the situations of 118 children out of 140 who had been placed under its care in previous years following their forced separation from their families.
The organization added that all of the children whose cases were followed up “are safe” and are currently living with their families, noting that efforts are still ongoing to locate the remaining children and verify their conditions.
The organization explained that its specialized team continues reviewing and auditing case data according to “the highest professional standards,” in line with principles of transparency and commitment to sharing accurate and reliable information with relevant authorities.
