Putin: I Believe the War Against Ukraine Is Nearing an End

ARK News.. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that he believes the conflict in Ukraine is approaching its end, expressing readiness to negotiate new security arrangements for Europe.
Speaking just hours after pledging victory in Ukraine during the Victory Day parade held in Moscow, Putin said: “I believe the war against Ukraine is nearing its conclusion.”
The Russian president also indicated his willingness to engage in negotiations over new European security arrangements, noting that his preferred partner for such talks would be former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder.
