Nechirvan Barzani Receives Poland’s New Consul General in the Kurdistan Region
ARK News.. President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, received Maciej Zaidal, the new Consul General of Poland to the Kurdistan Region, on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
President Barzani congratulated the Polish consul on assuming his new post, wishing him success and expressing full support to ensure the success of his mission.
He reaffirmed the Kurdistan Region’s desire to strengthen relations with Poland and expand bilateral cooperation across various fields.
For his part, Consul General Zaidal expressed his pleasure at taking up his duties in the Kurdistan Region, emphasizing Poland’s interest in enhancing relations with the Region.
