Mohammed Ismail: The KNC Delegation Was Honored to Participate in the 2025 MEPS Forum

ARK News.. The Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party–Syria and President of the Kurdish National Council (KNC) in Syria confirmed that the “2025 MEPS” forum featured a series of panel discussions and dialogues addressing the latest regional and international developments.
Mohammed Ismail wrote on his Facebook page:
“The sixth MEPS 2025 Security and Safety Forum concluded its sessions in Duhok under the supervision and patronage of His Excellency Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, with the participation of President Masoud Barzani, Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, in addition to a large number of political, diplomatic, and academic figures, as well as security and safety experts from inside and outside the Region.”
The KNC President added:
“The forum featured a series of dialogue sessions and discussions that addressed the latest regional and international developments, political transformations, and the role of governmental and civil institutions in fostering an environment of peace.”
He continued:
“Participants delivered high-quality contributions rich in information and analysis, helping deepen the understanding of current challenges and available opportunities, and offering practical insights that could form the basis for more effective future policies.”
Ismail emphasized that the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria was honored to participate in this important forum.
He further noted that a joint photo of the Council’s delegation with the Commander of the SDF, in the presence of His Excellency Masrour Barzani, reflected “the spirit of Kurdish security and peace in Syrian Kurdistan, reinforcing the unity of the Kurdish position, and strengthening cooperation and coordination among various Kurdish forces and actors in Syria.”
