Suwayda: Armed Clashes Erupt Along the Ara–Khirbet Samar Axis

ARK News.. A Syrian human rights source reported that armed clashes broke out in Suwayda province, though no casualties or injuries have been recorded.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the fighting erupted late Thursday night to dawn on Friday, October 17, 2025, between members of the National Guard and forces affiliated with the Ministry of Defense, along with their allied units, on the Ara–Khirbet Samar front.
The source added that 23mm medium machine guns were used during the exchange of fire, but no casualties or injuries were reported.
