Let's leave the emotions aside, and review the facts before the eye, and the actions and practices of each of them and compare between them:
First, Bashar al-Assad:

1. Released sixty-two radical Islamic figures from Sednaya prison with a presidential pardon and those who actively contributed to the establishment of the terrorist organization of Da’esh.
2. Destroyed about 3 million housing units in Syria.
3. Destroyed the infrastructure almost completely in Syria.
4. Displaced more than half of the population of Syria from their areas to the interior and abroad.
5. In his reign, the chaos has become the main feature of Syria and one of the world's most insecure and unstable countries and Syria is at the end of the world's peace as a non-security country.
6. Trading with the IS terrorism through intermediaries or directly.

Second: Masrour Barzani:

1. Led himself to the side of the leader Masoud Barzani military operations against terrorism and ISIS.
2. He actively contributed to the side of the President Barzani and the brother Nichirvan Barzani to reconstruction of Kurdistan, where 4,500 destroyed villages were mostly rebuilt As well as he turned the small cities to urban cities where most of the components of modern cities, and attests to the tremendous urban development witnessed by all cities of Kurdistan.
3. Actively contributed to the development of the infrastructure of Kurdistan.
4. Contributed to contain more than a quarter of a million Kurds displaced by the Syrian regime and its mercenaries, and one million Iraqi citizens displaced by regime allies and provided them with safe, food, medicine, and many job opportunities.
