German Parliament Honors Barzani Charity Foundation
ARK News.. During the visit, Sardar Yuksal formally presented an Award of Appreciation and Gratitude from members of the German Bundestag to Musa Ahmad, President of the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF).
In his remarks at the ceremony, Musa Ahmad highlighted the delegation’s decade-long support for the foundation’s projects, underscoring their significant contributions in providing aid to displaced persons, refugees, orphans, children with special needs, and those with autism.
He further revealed that 12 members of the German Bundestag are scheduled to visit the Kurdistan Region during the upcoming Newroz celebrations, adding that the award represents a valuable recognition of the Barzani Charity Foundation’s humanitarian work.
For his part, Sardar Yuksal emphasized that his first visit to the Kurdistan Region was carried out according to a well-defined plan, affirming that the Barzani Charity Foundation is regarded as a “trusted partner.” He described the foundation’s model as rare and exemplary on a global scale.
