Nechirvan Barzani Welcomes Donald Trump’s Plan to End Gaza War
ARK News.. Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani has welcomed U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to end the conflict in Gaza, urging all parties to engage constructively in dialogue and show a spirit of compromise in pursuit of lasting peace.
In a post on the social media platform X on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, Barzani wrote:
“I welcome President Donald Trump’s comprehensive plan to end the conflict in Gaza and commend his leadership.”
He added:
“I urge all parties to engage constructively in dialogue and demonstrate a spirit of compromise in the interest of achieving lasting peace, security, and prosperity for the peoples of the region.”
