General Security Launches Security Campaign in Daraa Province
ARK News.. A Syrian security source revealed that the General Security Directorate has launched a security campaign in Daraa Province aimed at restoring order and ensuring that all weapons are exclusively under state control.
According to local sources, the General Security Directorate initiated the campaign on Monday, April 28, targeting individuals involved in criminal activities such as kidnapping and theft, particularly in the Al-Lajat area.
The sources, citing a security official, stated that the campaign seeks to collect illegal and unregulated weapons scattered across Al-Lajat, northeast of Daraa, as part of efforts to reinforce security and maintain state authority over arms possession.
