Erdogan and Trump Discuss Regional Developments, Particularly in Syria

ARK New.. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that he had a detailed assessment with his American counterpart regarding critical developments in the region, "particularly in Syria."

During a press conference in Ankara following a Cabinet meeting, Erdogan stated that he had a very cordial phone call with U.S. President Donald Trump on March 16. The two leaders discussed "numerous bilateral and regional issues in detail, especially regarding Syria."

Erdogan added that he and Trump conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the ongoing critical developments in the region, particularly in Syria, without providing further details.
