ARK News… The General Union of Kurdish Writers and Journalists in Syria organized a lecture on the influence of the Kurdish language on the mythology of Mesopotamia and the Middle East in the city of Qamishlo.
The General Union of Kurdish Writers and Journalists in Syria, on Friday, June 7, 2024, held a lecture in the city of Qamishlo, Kurdistan, entitled “The Effects of the Kurdish Language on the Mythology of Mesopotamia and the Middle East.”
Dr. Dhiya Rajab, a researcher in Kurdish language affairs, presented a historical overview of ancient peoples and their languages, and then extended evidence and analysis to the Kurdish language and its impact on other languages and cultures.
The lecture was attended by many party and literary figures and those interested in cultural affairs in the city.
