
The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria thanks the Barzani Charity Foundation for its humanitarian efforts
ARK News… A high-level delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria, on Monday, May 20, 2024, extended its thanks and appreciation to the Barzani Charity Foundation for its great efforts in providing humanitarian aid to Syrian Kurdish refugees residing in the camps of the Kurdistan Region.
The delegation, which included Dr. Abdel Hakim Bachar and Saeed Omar, members of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, with Musa Ahmed, head of the Barzani Charity Foundation.
The meeting, in which Rawaj Haji, a member of the administrative body and responsible for the Syrian file at the Barzani Charitable Foundation, also participated, discussed the conditions of Syrian Kurdish refugees in refugee camps in (Erbil, Dohuk, Sulaymaniyah), in addition to other files related to ways to improve the conditions of refugees.
During the meeting, Dr. Abdel Hakim Bachar, member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, expressed his thanks to the Barzani Charity Foundation for its efforts in providing a helping hand and assistance to Syrian Kurdish refugees over a period of 13 years, praising the Foundation’s relief efforts in Afrin and helping those affected by the earthquake without any distinction or discrimination.
In turn, Saeed Omar, member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, presented an overview of the needs of refugees in the camps, explaining the importance of the Barzani Charity Foundation’s continued work in the camps for Syrian Kurdish refugees.
For his part, Musa Ahmed, head of the Barzani Charity Foundation, expressed his happiness with this visit, offering his thanks to the delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria for their appreciation of the Foundation’s efforts.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria presented an honorary shield to the head of the Barzani Charitable Foundation, as an expression of their gratitude for the organization’s noble efforts in providing assistance to those in need and embracing everyone.
