President Barzani: The Yezidis are an integral part of the people of Kurdistan
ARK News… President Masoud Barzani congratulated all Yazidis in the Kurdistan Region and the world on the occasion of the Yazidi New Year, and considered that Yazidis are an integral part of the people of Kurdistan.
The following is the text of the congratulatory statement:
On the occasion of the Yezidi New Year, I extend my warmest congratulations to all the Yezidi brothers and sisters in Kurdistan and the world and wish them happiness and prosperity.
Yezidi brothers and sisters, male and female, are an integral part of the people of Kurdistan, and we all share in happiness, success, pain, and illness.
The Yezidi brothers and sisters must return to their homes in freedom and dignity, and put an end to the displacement and misery imposed on them by the enemies of the people of Kurdistan.
Kurdistan is a country of coexistence and this rich culture must be preserved.
I hope that all your holidays and occasions pass in peace and happiness.
