Intelligence sources reveal new details about the Deir Ez-Zour raids
ARK News… The US Department of Defense denied US responsibility for the raids on Iranian militia positions in Deir Ez-Zour.
US Defense Department spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said in a statement to reporters from Washington: “We did not carry out air strikes in Syria on Monday/Tuesday night.”
For its part, Reuters quoted two regional intelligence sources as saying that the strikes on Iranian Revolutionary Guard positions inside the city of Deir Ez-Zour and in Al-Bukamal and al-Mayadeen in the eastern countryside were carried out by Israeli fighters.
At dawn on Tuesday, it launched a series of raids on sites of Iranian Revolutionary Guard militias in several areas in Deir Ez-Zour Governorate, which led to the death of 1,5 people (14), including Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
