ARK News… The Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union organized a lecture entitled “Women in the Labor Market,” on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8 of each year)
The Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union, on Thursday, 7/3/2024, held a lecture at the Union’s office in the city of Qamishlo, Syrian Kurdistan, entitled “Women in the Labor Market,” delivered by the writer Shams Antar.
During her lecture, the writer Shams Antar spoke about the history of women’s struggle to obtain their rights, and touched on the status of Kurdish women in Kurdish society, as they reached prominent places in all fields, and played an important role alongside men in developing the Kurdish family and society.
