Targeting the al-Shaddadi base of the International Coalition in Syrian Kurdistan
ARK News… On Thursday, the international coalition base in the city of Hasakah, Syrian Kurdistan, was targeted by militias affiliated with Iran.
Syrian media sources said that strong explosions were heard at the al-Shaddadi military base as a result of it being targeted with a number of missiles by pro-Iranian militias.
There are 9 American bases deployed in Syria, the first in the Al-Tanf area in the eastern countryside of Homs, 2 in the Deir Ez-Zour countryside, and 6 in Hasakah Governorate.
Since October 17, 2023, the American and International Coalition bases in Syria and Iraq have been subjected to 130 attacks, including 77 attacks in Syria, and 53 attacks in Iraq.
