ARK News: There is the talk of possible Turkish interference in the East Euphrates region which is administered by the Democratic Union Party, and its military control supporting by the international coalition a long time ago, this talk has increased recently, accompanied by Turkish shelling of some areas, especially Tall Abiadh and other areas.

There are developments that Turkey is likely to enter some areas of the eastern Euphrates or the borderline with a specific depth of it.

1- The relative improvement in the Turkish-American relations after the cooperation between the two parties in the case of the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul and the release of the US priest, Mr. Brunson detained in Turkey, which followed by the lifting of US sanctions on Turkish officials against the backdrop of the arrest of Rev. Brunson and similarly positive treatment by the Turkish government.

2. The relative decline in relations between the Syrian regime and the Democratic Union.

It is known that the regime called the Democratic Union Party at the beginning of the revolution, where its main leaders were in the Qandil Mountains and were allowed to it to exercise its activity in exchange for two main tasks entrusted to the party.

The first task: working to prevent the Kurds to participate in the Syrian revolution peacefully by preventing protests and demonstrations against the regime.

The Second task: Establishing of an Arab Kurdish conflict, although the PYD carried out the two tasks through brutal repression against Kurdish demonstrators and the policy of arrests, assassinations and mass killings in a number of areas, and succeeded in preventing demonstrations, as well as succeeded in establishing a Kurdish-Arab conflict through its occupation of many areas outside the Kurdish region, such as the occupation of the city of Manbij and Al-Raqqa and rural of Deir Al-Zour and large areas of southern of rural Hasakah and the commission of its forces of widespread violations in those areas and the assassination of some prominent figures in their communities, including the leader of Al-Afadila tribe in Raqqa, thus, the Democratic Union Party terminated the functions entrusted to it by the regime, However, the latter's reluctance to re-delivery of areas which received from the regime has negatively impacted the relationship between the two parties.

3 - The US decision to grant huge sums of up to $ 12 million to identify the whereabouts of three PKK leaders, and the US message was addressed to the Democratic Union Party more than others that the PKK is classified on the American and European terrorism list and that America is serious about pursuing its leaders, and that it is time to break the organic link between the PYD and the PKK There are increasing possibilities of Turkish entry into large areas of eastern Euphrates, and increasing with it the crisis of the Democratic Union, which began to flounder more because it does not have any strategy, but functional tasks and absolute dependence of the PKK, so the Democratic Union moved in several directions, including:

- Going to Damascus and engaging in negotiations with low levels of security officials of the regime Which did not result in a result and which does not lead to a result, where the regime demanded the return of all areas under the control of the forces of the Democratic Union without any charge, while all that the Democratic Union wanted was to restore those areas of the regime with little to save face.

-Launching of mutual statements from time to time the need to return the relations between the Democratic Union and the Kurdish National Council and returning to previous agreements between the two parties, those agreements that the Democratic Union has not committed to, but rather ridiculed for its own non-Kurdish and non-national agendas.

It would be naive of the Kurdish National Council returning to those agreements and engaging in any dialogues with the Democratic Union only by providing specific conditions that go beyond opening the offices of the Council and releasing the detainees because at any moment the Democratic Union can return to the same previous terrorist practices, therefore, the Council's entry into new negotiations and agreements or returning to previous agreements without specific conditions means losing of the Council's remaining credibility and weight, the Council may be subject to internal shocks if it makes an uncalculated step.

The question is: Why is the possible Turkish intervention in East Euphrates? It is a question that requires us to delve into the logic of the interests of States and their vision of national security, Turkey is in a state of war with the PKK, Turkey will not allow the emergence and positioning and deployment of PKK military forces with flags, banners, and symbols on its southern border, and we believe that no state will allow this, and this question raises another question:

Are the forces of the Democratic Union called the YPK and YPJ really belonging to the forces PKK or independent forces? This is the problematic issue which must also be discussed.

All the data indicate that the Democratic Union is the Syrian branch of the PKK and its leaders follow Qandil's orders, they do not have a simple margin regarding important decisions, as well as its military forces have been established and trained by “Garila” the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) armed and financed by the Syrian regime, these forces are not only part of the PKK, but the leaders of the YPG are the leaders of the PKK and the main leaders who are the decision makers are from Turkey's response. are part of its military forces and are directly affiliated with Qandil's command which was confirmed by many statements by Qandil's leaders and dozens of witnesses, this absolute subordination to Qandil's leaders is well-known by everyone.

The Democratic Union confirms this dependency day after day, and the last of these assurances came in its statement rejecting the US decision to grant financial rewards to those who provide information on the whereabouts of three leaders of the Kurdistan Workers, all indicators confirm that the Democratic Union in a real dilemma if was betting on the protection of US the US decision is very clear that the international coalition, which is a part of it against terrorism specifically against Da’esh which means that America is not obliged to defend the Democratic Union and its forces in the event of a Turkish entry to the east of the Euphrates if it was not accompanied by damage to American interests.

As for the options for the Democratic Union or the conditions to be provided there is one option and specific before it, which is the main option at the top of the list of conditions, and followed by other options that are the result of a nutshell and not a reason this option is the final and complete disengagement between the Democratic Union and the Kurdistan Workers militarily, financially and politically, and in various fields, and beyond saying to act and provide various evidence to confirm and achieve it.

Either options come after this option, resulting from the position of the Democratic Union and its behavior and practices and political options all resulted from the association and membership of the Kurdistan Workers Party, if the disengagement is achieved, many of the other equations will change, and therefore the options or other conditions can be summarized after achieving the first condition that must be met to overcome the predicament that the Democratic Union itself has put in it as follow:

- Emphasizing the national dimension of the democratic union as a Syrian party, not a cross-border.

-Removing all non-Syrian elements from their various political, military, administrative and financial organizations and not to allow them to exercise any activity in their areas of its control.

-Positioning with the opposition and the final abandonment of all its repressive and terrorist practices against the politically different.

-Withdrawing from the Arab territories occupied in Manbij, Raqqa, Deir Al-Zour countryside and large parts of the southern Hasakah countryside, And leave the protection and management to the people of those areas, and we believe that America and the International Alliance have the ability to provide protection through the organization of the sons of those areas, as, for the level of administration, the people of those areas have the administrative and technical expertise that the Democratic Union lacks.

-Trialing and accounting all those who have committed abuses against the civilian population in those areas.

- Stop all other violations of the closure of offices Kurdish parties, arrests, and assassinations and the abolition of forced recruitment, and the abolition of the pretexts of educational curricula and not to impose specific curricula, and other practices of non-democratic and oppressive and violent and terrorist.

-Establishing of new arrangements for the administration of areas outside the control of the regime and under the control of the Democratic Union after its withdrawal from the occupied Arab regions in coordination with the Kurdish National Council and the Syrian opposition.

The availability of these conditions would give a reassuring message to Turkey, the Syrian people, the forces of the revolution and the opposition that a real change has taken place in the nature and agenda of the Democratic Union which will get it out of the impasse in which it is, and avoid the Kurdish Arab conflict and will open a new page in national relations

The continuation of this Party of the same dependency and continuing part of the Kurdistan Workers' system it bears mainly the consequences of the situation in East Euphrates in general and the Kurdish region in particular, in addition to Kurdish and Kurdistan forces that directly or indirectly support the Democratic Union through statements and declarations that are in the interest of the Party and its ideology.
