A new security alert to remove another faction from Afrin

ARK News: Afrin Kurdish city witnessed yesterday, November 20, 2018, between a new security alert among armed factions in order to take out another faction from Afrin after the process of removing of Shuhadaa Al-Sharqiya militias to Jenderes, and then they will head to Idlib according to the agreement.

A source from Afrin reported to the ARC Media Foundation that the city has witnessed a new alert in order to the remove the Sultan Murad militias from the city which are located in the old neighborhoods of Afrin (Afrin garage - Salah al-Din main road -Zidiye neighborhood connecting to the public garage).

For the damage which caused to civilians by the process of taking out Shuhadaa Al-Sharqiya militias, the source confirmed that while the clashes were ongoing on18/11/2018 some factions took advantage of the situation and stole the houses of civilians in addition to damages to the glass shops and houses as a result of guns used within the densely populated civilian neighborhoods.

The armed factions were under the supervision of the Turkish special forces which carried out an operation against the militias of Shuhadaa Al-Sharqiya, who were charged with committing terrible violations against civilians and killed more than 30 militias from both sides.

In this context, a motorcycle exploded near the military police station in Afrin city center on 20 November, leaving a number of dead and wounded. The militants of PYD adopted the operation through an official statement.

The armed forces of the National Army published on Monday 20/11/2018, a statement regarding the upcoming operations, stressing that it would also take over Anza, Al-Bab, and Jarabils.

For his part, Azad Osman, a member of the Local Council in Afrin, pointed out that the operation will reach forty other factions.
