The statement indicated that the delegation expressed its praise for peaceful coexistence, religious freedom and freedom of the press in the Kurdistan Region, stressing their similarity with the principles in Canada.
Barzani added, "In another context of the meeting, we shed light on the latest developments and developments regarding the relationship with the federal government, and made it clear that the Kurdistan Region has fulfilled all its obligations within the framework of the constitution, and we expressed our concern and regret over the illegal violation of the rights of the people of Kurdistan and in contravention of the provisions of the Constitution."
