Renewed demonstrations calling for the overthrow of the Syrian regime in Daraa

On Thursday, the city of Jassem, north of Daraa, witnessed other demonstrations calling for the departure of the regime, and they raised slogans, “Leave, we want to live.”
This came after the areas of Nawa, Tafas, and Al-Lajat in Daraa witnessed a strike and protests against the deteriorating living conditions. The protests in Daraa coincided with angry popular protests in the neighboring of Suwayda governorate.
