The prime minister stressed, "There are attempts to violate our constitutional rights, in addition to spreading hate speech and hostility against the Kurdistan Region in a misleading way, and claiming that the prosperity and development of the Kurdistan Region come at the expense of other parts of Iraq, as they want in this way to hide their mismanagement, corruption, and waste of public wealth." ", stressing that "compliance with the Iraqi constitution represents the only guarantee of stability and protection of the rights of all Iraqi components."
