The Russian president is hinting at withdrawing from the grain agreement across the Black Sea

RK News… Russian President Vladimir Putin hinted, on Tuesday, that his country would withdraw from the agreement to export grain through the Black Sea.
"We are considering withdrawing from the agreement to export grain through the Black Sea," Putin said during a meeting with military correspondents in the capital, Moscow.
The Russian president indicated that Moscow was cheated in the grain deal, and the sanctions on Russian grain exports were not lifted.
During his speech, Putin pointed out the existence of a peace plan for Ukraine, stressing that Russia has never rejected talks that might lead to a peaceful settlement.
