Economist: What is coming in Syria is worse, and we will have mercy on these days
ARK News... With the deterioration of the value of the Syrian pound and the collapse of the economy to unprecedented levels in the areas controlled by the Assad militia, economists believe that what is to come is much worse, as a result of the failed policies pursued by the government of the Syrian regime in dealing with the current situation.
The economist and banker Amer Sahda, who resides in the areas controlled by the Assad militia, warned in a post on his Facebook page of a disastrous future for those areas, which are currently witnessing a dire situation.
A witness wrote: "If there is an increase, it is a transfer of money from your left pocket to your right pocket."
He explained: "We raise prices to make an increase. We raise the exchange rate to reduce inflation. What is worse is that we use the budget deficit to increase salaries, and the evidence is to raise subsidies."
He addressed the Syrian martyrs, saying: "You will have mercy on these days."
