ARK News... The Al Gharbi Local Council of the Kurdish National Council in the city of Qamishlo, Syrian Kurdistan, held a legal seminar entitled "The Upcoming Constitution and the Rights of the Kurds"

The seminar dealt with the meaning of the constitution, the stages of its development, and the types of constitutions in developed countries.

It dealt with the rights of the Kurds in a new constitution for the country after finding a solution in accordance with UN Resolution 2254, which guarantees the rights of all components, especially the Kurdish people.
