A Kurdish student obtains a PhD in Islamic law from Damascus University

ARK News... A student from Syrian Kurdistan obtained a doctorate degree in Islamic law from Damascus University in Syria.
The student, Omar Muhammad Bashir al-Dershawi, could not be overcome by force majeure in Syria, so he worked hard and struggled with his studies until he obtained a doctorate degree in Islamic law from the University of Damascus.
The title of his dissertation is "Controls of Obligation to Refrain from the Contract and Their Impact on Contemporary Issues - A Comparative Fundamental Study -".
Al-Dershawi hails from the village of Rmelan Al-Sheikh in the countryside of Derik, in Syrian Kurdistan.
