The Syria Monitoring Network for Human Rights said in a statement: The 17-year-old Muhammad Jamal Othman, on 6-5-2023, was kidnapped in Raqqa Governorate, by the Revolutionary Youth of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and he was taken to child recruitment camps more than two months ago."
The network confirmed, "The child is from the city of Girê Spî, and he is displaced in Raqqa Governorate, and he is the only one of his parents, and his fate is still unknown "
