Muhammad Ismail: The assassination of the leader, Nasraddin Birhak, was an assassination of the Kurdish cause, and we will not acquiesce, and we will continue our struggle

Muhammad Ismail, the official spokesman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and the administrative offices of the political bureau of the party, said on the eleventh anniversary of the martyrdom of the leader Nasraddin Birhak, that the assassination of the leader Nasraddin Birhak was tantamount to the assassination of the Kurdish cause, and we will not acquiesce and continue our struggle.

During his speech at the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, he said that the martyr Nasraddin Birhak was an outstanding and daring leader and a well-known Kurdish national figure in the region, and he had an effective role and remarkable influence in the region.

He emphasized that his assassination was tantamount to the assassination of the Kurdish cause and the assassination of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and he will remain a symbol and a bright beacon for us, immortal, alive, and in the hearts and consciences of the Kurds, and his comrades will continue to move forward on the immortal approach of Barzani until achieving the goals of the Kurdish people.

He pointed out that he paid the price of his courage, dedication, and loyalty to the cause of his people, and he fought with dedication and sincerity in order to serve the cause of his people, and he was a political and social reference, so he was assassinated.

He explained by saying: We are the owners of the just Kurdish cause and are open to communicating with any party that guarantees the rights of the Kurdish people and supports the Kurdish cause.

He continued by saying that the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria has popularity and a large base, so it is being targeted, and a month will not pass without our members being arrested by the PYD administration.

The Kurdish leader, Muhammad Ismail, at the end of his condolences to the victims of the devastating earthquake, also thanked President Masoud Barzani for his relief to the cities of Afrin and Jenderes by sending the Barzani Charitable Foundation to the city in order to provide relief to those affected and afflicted by the earthquake.

At the end of his speech, he said: Whatever you do, the arrests and practices will not discourage the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria from moving forward until achieving the goals of the Kurdish people.

On Monday 13/2/2012, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Martyr Nasraddin Birhak, was subjected to an assassination by PYD gunmen, as a result of which he was seriously injured. He was taken to Al-Nour Hospital in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan. Then to Aleppo, he was admitted to Martini Hospital, and after undergoing surgeries, due to the deterioration of his health condition and his severe injury, he was martyred on February 22, 2012.
