It is worth mentioning that Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Saturday that the formation of a Syrian Constitution Drafting Committee should be done as soon as possible and added that he hoped to take this step before the end of the year.
Erdogan’s statements came after a quadripartite summit on Syria which held in Istanbul with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macaron and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
