The Kurdistan Martyrs Foundation - Syria commemorates the eighth anniversary of the martyrdom of Walat Abdul Karim Ali

The Kurdistan Region branch of the Kurdistan Martyrs Foundation - Syria, headed by Karim Mirani, a member of the Central Committee of PDK-S, and in the presence of a group of martyrs' families, on Monday, January 16, 2023, commemorated the eighth anniversary of the martyrdom of a Rojava Peshmerga fighter, Walat Abdul Karim Ali, in a confrontation the terrorist organization ISIS in the Tal Afar Front in the Kurdistan Region in the battles of honor in defense of the land of Kurdistan on 16-1-2015.

Karim Mirani, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria and the official of the Kurdistan Region branch of the Syrian Kurdistan Martyrs Foundation, spoke about the meanings of martyrdom and the status of the martyr in society.

For his part, the father of the martyr welcomed the institution and the families of the martyrs and affirmed that he is proud of being the father of one of the martyrs, and he is ready to sacrifice and redeem in defense of the land of Kurdistan on the immortal approach of Barzani.

In conclusion, the martyr's mother was honored with the sacred flag of Kurdistan.
