Abdullah Imam: There is no solution in Syria without America's approval

ARK News… Kurdish politician Abdullah Imam said, "Any solution to the crisis in Syria must be approved by America, otherwise it will not succeed."

While participating in the Rebaz Bulletin on Sunday, January 8, 2023, Imam said, "America is not a party to the ongoing rapprochement and normalization processes between the Syrian regime, Turkey, and Russia, and it will not be."

Imam added, "The possibility of the three aforementioned parties reaching a solution to the Syrian crisis is unlikely, and if they reach a solution, it will be partial that includes areas west of the Euphrates that are under the control of Turkey or the Syrian regime, and the outcomes of their meetings will not affect the areas of American influence east of the Euphrates."

On the other hand, Abdullah explained, "America will not accept normalization with the regime in any way. America is following the events and the parties' attempts at rapprochement and normalization, and the attempts will not succeed as long as America refuses."

Regarding the American statements rejecting normalization, Imam said, "The American statements are not just words, and the approval of the law to combat the Captagon trade indicates America's seriousness in its dealings with the Assad regime, and America will not accept a solution to the Syrian crisis in which the regime is a party to the solution."
