Nafie Abdullah to ARK: We did not submit to the regime in order to submit to the PYD administration, and we are continuing our political struggle

The gunmen of the PYD administration on Wednesday, kidnapped Hussein Suleiman, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and Blind Mulla Ismail, a member of the Area Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, in the Derik city of Syrian Kurdistan.
Abdullah said during his participation in the ARK newsletter that their fate is still unknown and the charges against them are false and flimsy, and targeting the Kurdistan Democratic Party is targeting the national project.
Abdullah confirmed that the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria has not acquiesced since its founding to the successive authorities and the Syrian regime to acquiesce to the PYD administration, and since the founding of the party has been working on the right to self-determination of the Kurdish people in accordance with international covenants.
He continued that the struggle between the party and the Kurdish National Council in Syria is a political struggle and seeks to achieve justice, and the party will continue its political struggle.
He made it clear that arbitrary arrests and kidnappings will not be in the interest of the Kurdish people, but rather in the interest of the enemies of the Kurdish people, especially in light of the threats and fears that the Kurdish people are exposed to in Syrian Kurdistan.
At the end of his speech, he said that the Kurdish National Council in Syria and the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria will continue their activities and struggle for the release of their abductees, and they have other means such as sit-ins and demonstrations if the PYD administration refuses to release them.
