ARK News... Abdul Rahman Sheikhi, a member of the advisory body of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, said that the presence of P.K.K leaders in Syrian Kurdistan is a big dilemma, and Mazloum Kobani must fulfill his promises.

Sheikhi said during his participation in the ARK newsletter that Mazloum Kobani, the commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, must fulfill his promises and expel Qandil's cadres; To spare the region another disaster.

He added that the existence of PKK officials and leaders is a big problem for the Kurdish people in Syrian Kurdistan, and they must return to their main arena, referring to Turkish Kurdistan.

He explained that America, Russia, and Iran opposed Turkey launching a military operation, and Turkey asked Russia to open the airspace in the areas under Russia's control, but Russia refused because it is working to restore order and limit the expansion of Turkish influence.

He continued during his speech that the goal of the safe zone that Turkey is talking about along the Syrian-Turkish border is to settle the 3 million Arab refugees present in Turkey and subject that region to its spheres of influence. Nevertheless, the safe zone needs the agreement of the conflicting parties.

He emphasized that Erdogan's ruling and opposition parties are engaged in many files, especially in the file of refugee return and normalization with the regime. After the military operation was rejected, Turkish President Erdogan began to search for alternative solutions, after he had refrained from carrying out a ground military operation.

At the end of his speech, he said that PKK is the focus of the Syrian and Iranian regimes, and even America is not satisfied with their presence in Syrian Kurdistan, but the final decision is in the hands of Qandil, and the rest are just tools belonging to the system. The scenario of the continuity of targeting the leaders and officials of the PKK in Syrian Kurdistan by the Turkish drones is not excluded, and Mazloum Kobani must fulfill his promises and expel the Qandil cadres; to spare the region another disaster, and agree with the Kurdish parties, in order to form a joint administration that serves the Kurds and their cause and keeps the specter of war away from the Kurdish regions.
