ARK News… Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, after a phone call with his US counterpart Anthony Blinken on Thursday, held Russia "fully responsible" for the missile fall in Poland, which killed two people.

The Ukrainian minister said, in a tweet on Twitter: "We share the point of view that Russia bears full responsibility for the horror (it caused) by (launching) missiles and their repercussions on the territory of Ukraine, Poland, and Moldavia."

The contact between Kuleba and Blinken took place on Thursday morning, at a time when Russia was launching a series of new raids on Ukraine.

The Ukrainian minister praised the US for "vital assistance" in the field of defense. He said that he recalled the need to "accelerate the delivery of anti-aircraft defense systems to Ukraine," in the face of the escalation of Russian missile strikes.

In this regard, Kuleba called on Washington to present the American "Patriot", which is a surface-to-air missile system that uses especially a very powerful radar.
