An air attack on Syria and violent explosions rock the coast
ARK News… Areas south of the Tartous governorate on the Syrian coast on Friday were subjected to Israeli bombardment, which caused material losses, while pro-Assad media outlets said that the bombing caused civilian casualties.
The official regime media said that an Israeli bombardment targeted sites south of the Tartous governorate on the Syrian coast.
A source described by the “SANA” agency as “military” stated that the bombing was carried out with several missiles from over the Mediterranean Sea, west of Tripoli, Lebanon, targeting poultry farms in the vicinity of the town of Hamidiya, south of Tartous governorate, western Syria.
According to the regime's media, the Israeli targeting resulted in the injury of two civilians, including a woman, and some material losses, while Israel did not comment on the bombing until the time of reporting the news.
This attack comes after a series of Israeli raids recently, which last month targeted two runways at Damascus International Airport and some of its facilities, which led to it being out of service.
During the past months, Israeli planes launched dozens of raids on the sites of the Assad regime and Iran in Syria, during which they killed a number of elements, but they rarely comment on these attacks.
