Erbil… The Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party condemns the aggression against Erbil city

ARK News... The Kurdistan Democratic Party's Political Bureau on Sunday, issued a statement denouncing the cowardly terrorist attack that was launched on the city of Erbil... and the statement stated:

At one o'clock in the morning of the thirteenth day of March, a failed aggressive attack was launched through a number of missiles on the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, which, fortunately, did not result in casualties.

We in the Kurdistan Democratic Party strongly condemn and denounce such attacks and consider them an attack on the citizens of the city of Erbil, a model of coexistence and stability in Kurdistan and the region.

We demand that such hostilities not be repeated and that all parties at the level of the region and Iraq work hard to prevent the recurrence of such absurd acts aimed at destabilizing the situation, creating chaos, and undermining stability and security in the Kurdistan Region, as we hope from the international community, the Security Council and all coalition countries and friends express a clear and explicit position on such abuses and encroachment on the sovereignty of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

In conclusion, we assure the loyal, steadfast, zealous citizens of Kurdistan that the city of Hawler will be safer, more stable, and more prosperous.

With the strong will of our people, the share of our enemies will be a shame, disgrace, and betrayal forever
