A delegation from the Relations Committee of the ENKS Representative meets the Relations Office of the Kurdistan Islamic Union

ARK News... A delegation from the Relations Committee of the Kurdistan Region Representative of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, on Thursday, 17.2.2022, met at the Relations Office of the Kurdistan Islamic Union in their office in Erbil.

The delegation of the Relations Committee was composed of Messrs: (Dr. Kawa Azizi, head of the representation, Raman Mulla, Fadel Dali, Wael Omar)

The delegation was warmly received by:

- Mr. Ibrahim Khalil, member of the Executive Council and responsible for the Political Bureau

- Dr. Muhammad Haoudiyani, Member of the Leadership Committee and Head of the Relations Office

- Mr. Mohamed Dara Tuyi, member of the Relations Office

Where Dr. Kawa Azizi spoke about the situation of Syria in general and the situation of Syrian Kurdistan in particular, referring to the great demographic change and the great migration, and the poor political and economic conditions in Syrian Kurdistan to the extent that it turned into a "big prison" that lacks everything.

He also spoke about the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue, stressing the success of the dialogue, as the only way to protect what remained of the Kurds in Syria.

Azizi also focused on the need for solidarity between the Kurdish parties in the Kurdistan Region in these sensitive circumstances and the protection of Kurdistan and the gains of the Kurdish people in the Kurdistan Region from the enemies of Kurdistan, since the Kurdistan Region is a haven for all Kurds in the world.

For his part, Mr. Khalil Ibrahim spoke about the situation of Iraq in general and Iraqi Kurdistan in particular. He pointed out the subtleties of matters in the arrangement of the Kurdish House and the formation of the current government, and the challenges facing the people and government of the Kurdistan Region.

The two sides also stressed the continuation of meetings and coordination between them.
