Britain threatens Russia with harsh sanctions if it brings a regime under its control in Ukraine
ARK News… Britain's Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab said today (Sunday) that Russia will face harsh economic sanctions if it brings a regime under its control in Ukraine after Britain said that the Kremlin is looking into the presence of a pro-Moscow candidate in Ukraine.
There will be serious consequences if Russia takes this step to try to invade Ukraine, and also bring a system of government under its control there, Raab told Sky News today (Sunday), according to Reuters news agency.
The United Kingdom on Saturday accused Moscow of seeking to install a pro-Russian leader in Kyiv and thinking of occupation of Ukraine.

For its part, Moscow announced Sunday its rejection of the British accusations, describing London's statements as nonsense. The Russian Foreign Ministry called on its British counterpart, via Twitter, to stop spreading nonsense.
