Afrin... eight years since the martyrdom of the young Sharvan Sido
ARK News: yesterday marked the eighth anniversary of the PYD's raid on the village of Cheqilma village of Rajo town of the Kurdish region of Afrin, and the targeting of one of the youths of the village, which led to his martyrdom.
The gunmen of the PYD, on17/03/2013, raided the village of Cheqilma of Rajo town, on the charge of having sleeper cells affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and was wounded as a result of the raid, and he stayed behind until he died and was martyred.
The raid on the village of Cheqilma comes days after the PYD commission committed the massacre of Burj Abdalo village on March 8, 2013, in which four villagers were martyred.
While the PYD was taking over the control in Afrin, it committed several massacres against the Kurds, such as the Sheikho family massacre in the Shiye township, the Sheikh Hanan Avraze massacre (the Sheikh Na’asan family), the Burj Abdalo village, and many raids and campaigns of arbitrary arrests with weak accusations.
